Where is the shop located and can I pick up my order there?
We only have an online store so a pick up is not possible. Our office is located in Belgium.

How can I cancel my placed order?
Once your order has been paid, we will do our best to sent it to you as soon as possible. If anything went wrong with your order please send us an e-mail as soon as possible otherwise your order will be sent out to you!
You can adjust your order at any time in the shopping cart before you make the payment.
To which countries do you ship?
We only ship to Belgium, theNetherlands. Luxemburg and the United States.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Belgium shipping is free. To the Netherlands and Luxemburg it is €8. For shipments to the United states please check our 'Terms and Conditions' or our shipment page.
When can I expect my order?
Normally it takes up to maximum 2 working days within Belgium and the Netherlands.
My parcel has not arrived yet and I think it is lost, what should I do now?
All the dispatched packets are provided with tracking number and delivered with proof through personal signature.
Lost packages will only be paid back if they are not delivered. If this occurs, please let us know as soon as possible through email.
